Nose of fresh raspberry purée, nice and tart, cream, smells nice. Taste of raspberry, lightly tart, bit subdued on fruit flavor, wet barrel, light alcohol. Medium tart finish, light carbonation. Could be more carbonated and dry. Nice overall.

Pink-amber color with an off-white head. The aroma is full of raspberries with a light amount of funk. The flavor is more complex. I get some raspberry and brett notes, as well as some leather, light funk and light sourness. I also get a little caramel, toffee and nut character. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

July 6, 2012 - with blankboy, gregclow, jercraigs, mabel & tupalev. (weirdly short voice memo - brief rating). Cloudy reddish amber pour with a small foamy off-white head. Aroma is mostly funky berry fruit - strawberry? - okay, whatever, it’s a little green with the seeds tossed in. Taste follows, more sweetness to the malt, but a nice sweet/sour balance, not much alcohol, a little floral and "wild" around the edges, not much, and no oak tannins either. Slick, acidic, lively, finishes dry and tingly and a bit sticky - a solid drinker, plenty of fruit here.

Lovely strawberry flavour, sweet and tart. Medium bodied. Damn, this is amazing!

Hazy red/orange body with a small beige head. 3+ Good amount of sour funk and modest raspberry character, and light strawberry in the aroma. 7+ Flavour has modest sourness with light lactic quality to it. Sweet and tart raspberry, modest strawberry then more sourness in the finish. 7+ Smooth average plus bodied palate has a soft effervescent carbonation. 3+ More strawberry character overall than you might expect.
