COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Made with locally produced honey and lavender flowers gives this beer a floral nose and a honey-oat sweetness. Belgian yeast from the Phat Abbot Tripel adds fruit and spice to form a truly pleasant and unique taste.

On tap at the Brewpub. Poured a cloudy pale gold with a thick white head the dissipated quickly. Aroma was a nice combination of light fruits, honey and lavender. Flavor was sweet honey through out with a light floral undertone towards the finish.
