Jun 10, 2008 Tap at the brewpub - clear golden beer - a very authentic bitter, with the hard water mineral character to make you feel like your all the way across the pond - nice and dry, with moderate bitterness that becomes more apparent as it warms - light bread and dough - nice session beer.

Dec 20, 2007 On tap at the brewpub. Light bread sugar and spicy English hop aroma. Airy and enjoyable. Pours a weighted gold, with no head. On the tongue, it moves gracefully with sprightly bright sugars balanced by the really nice spicy hop flavor, oaky bitterness, and mineral qualities. Very fresh tasting hop flavor, not too bitter. This beer moves as very dry and clean. Nice hop work in a deliciously drinkable style. Not thin, either, for the light weight.

Jul 1, 2007 Pallid yellow under a thin skin and white halo. Lemony aroma with light roasted grains. Lemony flavor as well with a bitter hop edge. A carbonated lift adds a spiciness to the palate.
