Blonde d’une grande pâleur, apparence semi translucide, mousse faiblement. Timides arômes, un peu de DMS de détectable ainsi qu’un parfum de houblon noble. Sep 3, 2008 on tap-pours a thin white head and hazy straw color. Aroma is light malt/wheat, lemon/grassy (saaz?) hops. Taste is light malt/wheat, tart lemon/grassy/earthy hops, yeast. OK effervescence.

Aug 30, 2007 draft at brewpub - Pours hazy and yellowish with some lacing. The mild aroma has some hops presence. There’s a good hops flavor and finish in this medium bodied brew. Nice pilsner.

Jul 2, 2007 Pallid yellow, rather clear, under a thin white head that leaves watery streaks of lace. Weak aroma with some mild green pepper. Light honey sweetness over German hop bittering, yet leaving an "off" aftertaste. Dry, almost "crisp".

Jan 27, 2007 A good pils, and something I could have pints of. Creamy, cloudy, peachy, lots of lace. Noble hops. Good bittering, and yet nice balance. Understated carbonation. One of the best of their abundant lineup.

Jan 2, 2007 Clear golden pour with a thin white head. Aroma of mild hops and citrus. The flavor has some hops but the citrus is the dominant element. The body is light with a creamy texture abd gentle carbonation. Interesting.
