Nov 1, 2008 Hazy amber with big, foamy beige head / Dried hop & citrus nose / Light to medium body, chewy, with good malt balance to aggressive hops, and with excellent, dry finish / Funky, brett-like flavors of dried hops, chalk, caramel, grapefruit, burnt sugar, and cheese / Superb.

Oct 29, 2008 Bottle, shared with Naka. Pours orange with yellow hues and huge, foamy white head. Vaporous cabbage and bad homebrew nose. Taste is mild lemon with malt extract twang and mild bitter, some perfumy notes. This isn’t good.

Oct 25, 2008 Bottle from fly. Thanks!<br />Pours a deep cheddar with a nice head. Aroma is a peachy pilsner, while the flavor is a nice, bitter grapefruit. Thick mouthfeel. Nice and easy drinkin’.

Oct 22, 2008 On tap @ brewery. Smells of pine, orange, and quite cheesy with hints of pear and cheery. Initial flavor is smooth light malt, shortly taken over by fruity, pear, cherry, and pine hop flavor. It finishes a good bitter that stays light, somewhat chalky. Not very citrus hops, a very European IPA?

does not count  Oct 8, 2008 Drank at brewery. Cask IPA on tab. Wonderful head and aroma. Very much like the cask IPA in England. Served at mid 50s and great flavor. Highly recommend if your in the Ann Arbor area
