Our traditional small batch IPA is cask conditioned, dry hopped, hand pulled, and served at cellar temperature (55°). Coppery-gold hue with a full floral cascade hop aroma. Rich bready malts lay a perfect foundation for the profusion of tangy, citrusy hops that infuse this beer with a distinct ruby-red grapefruit quality that starts on the palate and lingers through a long satisfying finish.

Starts with an aroma of citrus hops, with a sweet malt smell behind it. Pours a cloudy amber color with a small head. Nice blending of hops in the flavor, with a nice long finish. A good solid IPA.

12 oz bottle from Ogglethorp (thanks!). Pours a hazy amber with a small head. Nose is grapefruit, pine and some caramel. Tastes like it smells with some grassy hops as well. Bittersweet finish with a lingering orange/grapefruit somewhat metallic aftertaste. Medium/full body. Moderate carbonation. A good solid refreshing IPA.

12oz - Aroma is very sweet carmel and cotton candy with some piney hops in the background. Pours cloudy carmel with a small head and decent lacing. Flavor starts with the carmel malt then quickly moves onto the sticky piney hops. Nice balance. Palate is tart and sticky. It really improves when it warms up. There is something different about this IPA and I really like it.

Served cask conditioned. The pour reveals a clear dark gold color with a ring of white lace. Superb aroma of resinous hops and pine needles. Amazing flavor of resinous hops and pine needles with a robust toasted malt, the whole experience finishes with bitterness. The body is light to medium with a heavenly texture due to cask conditioning, the carbonation is low. A truly great beer.

12oz bottle via trade with Styles! - Thanks! - Pours murky amber with a short offwhite head. Nice floral and grapefruit aroma with some light underlying caramel notes.. Flavor is grapefruit with some good caramel backbone there too. Finish is bitter but not overly so.. Pretty smooth, creamy and easy to drink.. Not bad at all..

Rated on draft at the brewing co. the day before my Lear approved ass chewing. Pours amber with a chunky white head. Crisp sweetness with floral and citrus notes (grapefruit and others). Good. Sweet caramel is very present with very smooth citrus and pine balanced bitterness. Very drinkable. Creamy smooth body with light dry finish that reminds you of pine and faint citrus. Lingering taste, with low carbonation due to the cask conditioning that is perfect for this brew. Nice stuff.
