COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our traditional small batch IPA is cask conditioned, dry hopped, hand pulled, and served at cellar temperature (55°). Coppery-gold hue with a full floral cascade hop aroma. Rich bready malts lay a perfect foundation for the profusion of tangy, citrusy hops that infuse this beer with a distinct ruby-red grapefruit quality that starts on the palate and lingers through a long satisfying finish.

Poured from bottle tulip glass. Cloudy orange pour with fluffy head. Sweet citrus aroma. Taste is bitter and fruity with a slight malt backbone. Decent IPA but not one Id seek out

Bottle. Poured a clear copper color. The head was white with good retention. Citrus fruit, caramel, and Pez candy. Light to medium bodied and slightly sweet. Flavors followed aromas. Eh.

Draft sample at the brewpub and bottle at home. Cloudy; not as crisp and hoppy as the usual IPA, but not in a bad way. Also, smoother and heavier on the palate. Grassy rye finish.

Hazy golden color out of the bottle with a small sticky off white head. Nice citrus hop nose. Full flavored, grapefruit and orange rind heavy, IPA. Coarse bread and caramel sweetness under the big hoppy flavors. Nice IPA.

Not the most flavorful ipa Ive had to date but easy to drink. I could see this as a gateway ipa

Ann Arbor's top town IPA. Docuses on the bitter for sure. Mostly pine and hops wrecking the palate. Decent beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
