Our traditional small batch IPA is cask conditioned, dry hopped, hand pulled, and served at cellar temperature (55°). Coppery-gold hue with a full floral cascade hop aroma. Rich bready malts lay a perfect foundation for the profusion of tangy, citrusy hops that infuse this beer with a distinct ruby-red grapefruit quality that starts on the palate and lingers through a long satisfying finish.

Not the most flavorful ipa I’ve had to date but easy to drink. I could see this as a gateway ipa

Ann Arbor's top town IPA. Docuses on the bitter for sure. Mostly pine and hops wrecking the palate. Decent beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Super carbonated, pretty much a gusher. No infection. It had been sitting in the fridge for weeks. Medium bitterness, tropical aroma, piney flavor.

A nice fresh-tasting IPA. Citrsu and floral notes in the nose. Just a touch sweet but in balance w/ the firm hop bitterness. Creamy but not too heavy and quite drinkable for the style. Maybe not a life-changing experience but rock solid.

Creamy head, good retention, decent lacing. Good amount of citrus hops here, bitter aftertaste. A decent IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pint at Ashleys at Westland. Coppery with a creamy long lasting head. This offers citrus hops that begin with grapefruit but fades a bit. Caramel might be helped some by oatmeal (or maybe that is something I have been tasting of late). The bitterness lasts here and defines the after taste. Generally subtle and nice.

Cask at the brewery. Gorgeous hazy-cider pour. Mouthfeel is thin, but the beer grows on me as another well-balanced but not-too-sweet midwest IPA.

12oz bottle from Plum Market in Ann Arbor. Gold pour with a sturdy light tan head. Aroma is bread, citrus and floral. Tastes are sweet malt, grass, citrus and bread. Bitter, spice and cereal in the finish. Eh.

Poured from bottle, pours a hazy orange/amber with a fluffly white head, aroma has some citrus and hops, the flavor is more sweet than hoppy but has a decent balance, easy drinking.
