COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our traditional small batch IPA is cask conditioned, dry hopped, hand pulled, and served at cellar temperature (55¬į). Coppery-gold hue with a full floral cascade hop aroma. Rich bready malts lay a perfect foundation for the profusion of tangy, citrusy hops that infuse this beer with a distinct ruby-red grapefruit quality that starts on the palate and lingers through a long satisfying finish.

At the Michigan Beer Fest - To cold, after warming found this to be a very pleasant brew. Nice malt/hop balance with a very good mouth feel. Not a fruity as I would like, but a very good beer.

On tap. Slight haze and coppery colour. Muted aroma though, with a resinous hoppy note, a heavy cereal presense and a bit of soap. these are all not great descriptors for an IPA. Medium bodied brew with bready/yeasty notes and a pine cone bitterness. not the best IPA iíve ever had...not the worst either.

Cask, Arbor Brewing, Ann Arbor, MI. Hazy orange brown, foamy head. Great aroma, nectarine and passion fruit. Some pepper and citrus. Bright peppery citrus and caramel flavour, long resin and citrus finish.

Hazy orange w/white frothy head. Grainy aroma. Not citrus at all. unpleasant bitter taste. Not the best IPA Iíve ever had. This one is kind of hard to get through.

Bottle pour. A very decent IPA. Grassy notes on the nose with a focus on the floral aromatics. Poured with a fantastic large white head. Good stuff.

Tasted from a 12oz. bottle. It poured an unclear amber with an off-white head and plentiful lacing. Contained some sediment which may be an indication of an older bottle. A very subtle aroma of lemon zest. Well hopped taste with a bitter finish.
