COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our traditional small batch IPA is cask conditioned, dry hopped, hand pulled, and served at cellar temperature (55°). Coppery-gold hue with a full floral cascade hop aroma. Rich bready malts lay a perfect foundation for the profusion of tangy, citrusy hops that infuse this beer with a distinct ruby-red grapefruit quality that starts on the palate and lingers through a long satisfying finish.

On tap at the pub. Nice citrus hops in the aroma and also a little caramel malt. Pretty sweet overall but a nice hop flavor in the background.

Lemos, hop , grass and mild fruit. It’s a bit thin, but not bad. A good citrus finish. I enjoyed it.

Thanks to Dad. Orange slightly cloudy. Almost a peppery bitterness. Not a hop bomb but not mild neither. Balanced and refreshing. Serving: Bottle

On tap at BW3's. Slightly cloudy darkish orange pour with a thick creamy head. Very nice appearance. Strong spicy malt aroma with some citrus hops. Taste is creamy from the head, a very nice citrus and grassy hop taste, all backed up with a nice spicy malt backbone. A nice amount of bitterness too. Clean refreshing finish. A very good ipa. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Aroma it has nice citrus grapefruity aroma Appearance really nice gold/copper color, a bit hazy Taste bitter but not too bitter, nice grapefruit note, also a little boozy Palate medium body with a slick texture and average carbonation having a long bitter finish. Conclusion: an easy drinking IPA, this is one to introduce to your friends that like commerecial bitter beers

Nice tasting...not my favorite IPA. Aftertaste is not your typical IPA taste.

[4108-20111112] Cask. Light orange citrus hops aroma. Hazy, brown orange body with a quick foamy white head. Lightly buttered bitter grassy orange-tinged hops flavour has a lingering bitter aftertaste. Medium body. Interesting enough, seems a touch under-carbonated but it is on cask; don’t really see the sacredness. (6~/3/7/3/13) 3.2

2011-11-12. Hazy orange body with a small white head. 3+ Flavour starts out mild but hops grow fairly quickly as you go. Sweet orange, astringent bitterness in the finish. Very light green hop notes, bit of tangerine and grapefruit seed in the finish. 6+ Aroma is similar but fairly mild overall, light green hops and citrus, tangeine comes out if you look hard. Average bodied palate is pretty good for a cask. 3+ Pretty decent drinkable hoppy cask, but just a touch rough around the edges. On cask at Arbor Brewing, Ann Arbor

poured from a bottle nice light floral aroma. pale orange in color light head that disipated fast. light sweetness with decent hop up front finishes smooth. overall a decent beer but maybe not so much ipa as it is a pale ale.

On hand pump at the brewpub. Pours a cloudy, orange-bronze colored body with a finger-width, creamy, beige head that dissipates slowly and leaves a nice lacing throughout. Aroma is lighter, but has some strong earthy pines and bitter grapefruits. Lots of florals and some other citruses with a lightly sweetened toffee and caramel. Flavor is similar with a bit more discernable toffee malt. Good amount of grapefruit pines and citrus florals with a bit of an earthy bitterness. Some caramel and toffee offer a medium sweetness to balance. Finishes smooth and dry with a medium-light bitterness along with some toffees before leaving a fairly lengthy aftertaste. Medium-light, smooth body and a soft, light carbonation. Overall, a decent IPA. Solid grapefruit pine bitterness and a nice toffee malt to balance. Nothing special, but not bad.

Had this on cask at the brewpub. Soft mouthful. Mellow bitterness but great hop character with apricot and grapefruit. Really good.
