Our traditional small batch IPA is cask conditioned, dry hopped, hand pulled, and served at cellar temperature (55°). Coppery-gold hue with a full floral cascade hop aroma. Rich bready malts lay a perfect foundation for the profusion of tangy, citrusy hops that infuse this beer with a distinct ruby-red grapefruit quality that starts on the palate and lingers through a long satisfying finish.

Starts with an aroma of citrus hops, with a sweet malt smell behind it. Pours a cloudy amber color with a small head. Nice blending of hops in the flavor, with a nice long finish. A good solid IPA.

4oz on tap at the Corner Brew. Mostly clear orange color. Thin off-white head. Leaves good thicker sheet of lace. Bready malt, cereal, some citrusy hop, bit of floral. Medium-plus body. Kind of a creamy mouthfeel. Lighter carbonation. Mild slick. Moderate sweet taste, light bitterness. An OK IPA. Definitely on the sweeter, maltier side.

Bottle at home. Pours a golden copper with one finger of off white head. Aroma is pine with some citrus. Nice malt backbone. Flavor is piney and malty. Clean, smoother finish. Really nice IPA.

On tap. Slight haze and coppery colour. Muted aroma though, with a resinous hoppy note, a heavy cereal presense and a bit of soap. these are all not great deScriptors for an IPA. Medium bodied brew with bready/yeasty notes and a pine cone bitterness. not the best IPA ive ever had...not the worst either.
