Our traditional small batch IPA is cask conditioned, dry hopped, hand pulled, and served at cellar temperature (55°). Coppery-gold hue with a full floral cascade hop aroma. Rich bready malts lay a perfect foundation for the profusion of tangy, citrusy hops that infuse this beer with a distinct ruby-red grapefruit quality that starts on the palate and lingers through a long satisfying finish.

Bottle. Super carbonated, almost blew the top off when I opened it. Pours a hazy amber yellowish orange with super thick white head, lots of lacing. Took 4 pours while drinking it to polish off a bottle. Aroma of citrus hops, dull bitterness, strong malt backbone, caramel, and lots of grass. Flavor matches, but has this almost acidic bitterness (oxymoron, I know) that sits aorund on the palate for a while. Different in the world of IPAs, but nothing I would stock my fridge with often personally.

12 oz bottle. (Meijer) Kalamazoo, MI.
Hazy red golden color with a small light tan head. Candies, carambola, some melon and sweetness in the aroma. The flavor is a battle of fruity sweetness and harsh bitterness. Grapefruit, caramel and bitterness are the dominating elements in the aftertaste.

On tap at the Arbor Corner Brew in Ypsilanti, MI. Hazy copper pour with a small white head. Aroma and taste are a malty floral hop mix. Unique and very nice. Taste is nicely sweet. Medium full mouthfeel.

12 ounce bottle thanks to Donnie. Dark for IPA. Malty with some pine but mostly musty.

4oz on tap at the Corner Brew. Mostly clear orange color. Thin off-white head. Leaves good thicker sheet of lace. Bready malt, cereal, some citrusy hop, bit of floral. Medium-plus body. Kind of a creamy mouthfeel. Lighter carbonation. Mild slick. Moderate sweet taste, light bitterness. An OK IPA. Definitely on the sweeter, maltier side.

Bottle at home. Pours a golden copper with one finger of off white head. Aroma is pine with some citrus. Nice malt backbone. Flavor is piney and malty. Clean, smoother finish. Really nice IPA.

Nice ipa. Deep orange color a little sugar in the end compared to others. Nice for a change. Tap.

On tap. Slight haze and coppery colour. Muted aroma though, with a resinous hoppy note, a heavy cereal presense and a bit of soap. these are all not great descriptors for an IPA. Medium bodied brew with bready/yeasty notes and a pine cone bitterness. not the best IPA i’ve ever had...not the worst either.

Cask, Arbor Brewing, Ann Arbor, MI. Hazy orange brown, foamy head. Great aroma, nectarine and passion fruit. Some pepper and citrus. Bright peppery citrus and caramel flavour, long resin and citrus finish.
