COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Saison is a refreshing, medium-bodied, fruity and spicy ale witha distinctive yellow-orange color, crisp carbonation, and a quenching acidity. There is a burst of complex flavor on the palate with hints of candied orange peel, cracked pepper, coriander seed, and tart lemon with an underlying earthy quality. 7IBU.

Deep amber, very carbonated and gushery. The nose is a little bit earthy with light pineapple and spice as well as a touch of earthy cologne. Fairly musty/corky aroma along with a little bit of light tartness. A kiss of black pepper and fruitiness on the back. Light tobacco as well as some cherry pit vanilla-like flavour. Really damn tasty stuff.

3rd rating of this brew. 750ml via trade with hoppymeal. Thanks so much Derek. Shared with my girlfriend over a very nice dinner she prepared for us. I’ve been taking down an assortment of 12ozers tonight so I’m a tad buzzed but that shouldn’t put a damper on this one. Bottle didn’t pop with as much gusto as the velvet hammer has been said to. Really wonderful biscuitty nose came out. Pours orange with a tan head. Nose is sweet and citrussy with a lot of nice notes. Taste is sweet citrussy and light. Really a nice citrussy saison, I can’t say if it is super true to the wide style that is Saison, but I like this.

750mL Bottle. Peculiar and unique tangy, seltzery mineral, slight orange fruit, and yeast aroma. Unique. Pours a crystal clear plain pale orange, with a tall, slightly gushy rocky off-white head. Flavor brings a distinct and unique dried apricot flavor, with lots of house yeast, minerals and a bit much sugar. I like the palpable apricot pit flavor. That’s fun. A dry wash of minty hops closes out the back end. Unfortunately, it doesn’t get overly complex, but it does have solid flavors and is a unique twist on the style. A solid showing by Arbor. Thanks so much Sean!

750ml caged and corked bottle. Poured a medium and cloudy amberish color with an averaged sized off white head. Aromas of bready-yeastiness, some citrus, spices and a little fruity. Tastes of citrus - lemony, fruity, and a lighter breadiness. Somewhat sweet with a lighter tart finish. Lively body with a clean finish.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a huge, creamy, off-white, rocky head over a hazed golden body. Tons of CO2 on the nose, with a slightly phenolic character, tons of fruit, lemon, dried fruit, jam, berry, candied sugar and orange. Taste is apricot, pear, ginger and candied orange peel. Lively carbonation, dry mouthfeel and light bodied.
