Cask-conditioned at the Seven Stars, Bristol 7/1/2012. Pale gold with a slight white head. Aroma of crisp malts and hedgerow fruit with some leafy hops. More fruit in the flavour, with a solid malt backbone and long, bitter finish. Good.

Cask at the Kemble Brewery Inn. Crisp light lagery-alc, very clean. Yellow and clear. Bright hops, round and green. bit medicinal or tonic. very nice, interesting thing to find.

Cask at the Craft. Paleish gold beer, small white head. Light palate, semi dry. Floral hops with a little sharp grapefruit. Finishes semi dry. Not bad.

Cask at CBC, London. Pours clear yellow with a foamy, white head. Corn, straw, crunchy hay aroma. Medium sweet aroma, crunchy grain, hay, straw, grass. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Quite bitter to finish, dry grass, bitter straw, pale and crispy grain. Not bad.
