As the name suggests, we’ve used just one variety of hop in this pale golden ale. Brewed with just low colour Maris Otter malt and a little wheat for head retention, we’ve selected some of the more “interesting” hops and added several bucket loads to each brew. Currently we’re a classic American variety "Centennial". Expect a big floral flavour with and slight citrus notes.

Cask-conditioned at the Watershed Cafe, Bristol 17/04/10. Brilliant gold in colour, with a foamy white head. Aroma of lemon fruit and sweet malts, with a floral note. Flavour had more lemon, some grapefruit and a lingering dry finish. Good.
