COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Special - Single Hop IPA Series. Also available bottled.
As a spin-off to our popular Single Hop pale ale series, we decided to launch a stronger IPA version to showcase some of our favourite hops that are better suited to a higher gravity beer. This one uses an Australian variety, Galaxy. Expect flavours of sweet citrus and tropical fruits with a balanced lasting bitterness.

Bottle from Grape & Grind, Bristol. Slightly hazy gold in colour, with a decent white head, and plenty of small bubbles. Grassy, pineapple and grapefruit aroma with a hint of caramel. Flavour had more tropical fruit, with a solid malt base and long, bitter finish, with a whiff of pine. Very good.
