I like the idea of single hop brews but not sure that it’s such a great idea in actuality...however...I did really like this beer. Light golden with a decent head, grassy, citrussy flavours and a nice bitter finish.

Cask at Craft Beer Co. It pours golden yellow, with a thin, bubbly white head. The nose is lemon, red apple, pear, honey sweetness and chlorine. The taste is lemon and lime pith, red apple, honey sweetness, pepper, hay and straw, with a long bitter-peppery finish. Light to medium body and soft carbonation. Ok.
