COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
As the name suggests, we’ve used just one variety of hop in this pale golden ale. Brewed with just low colour Maris Otter malt and a little wheat for head retention, we’ve selected some of the more “interesting” hops and added several bucket loads to each brew. Currently we’re using an American variety, Simcoe. Expect a complex piney / citrus / passionfruit flavour and aroma.

On tap @ La Cervrtica. A cloudy orange looking one with a nice big white lingering and lacing head. Really lovely nose. Super fresh, grassy and fruity. Lots of that lovely simcoe in the air. Melony honey and hints of yeast. My kind of aroma. It has a thin oily feeling in the mouth have and a mild gentle prickling carbonation level. Tastes really nice also. Melon and cantaloupe. Slightly grassy with a nice sweetness. Some citrus fruits in the end. Lightdrinkable and really easy to like. 12.08.2014

Cask-conditoned at the Three Tuns, Bristol 4/03/2011. Golden in colour with a frothy white head. Aroma of citrus fruit with a touch of pineapple and sweetish malts. Easy drinking, with more citrus and a long bitter finish. Good.
