COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
As the name suggests, we’ve used just one variety of hop in this pale golden ale. Brewed with just low colour Maris Otter malt. Stella comes from Australia and has citrus and berry notes.

Bottle 500ml. Pale golden colour, as other of Arbor’s single hop range. Plenty of citrus hops on the nose. Lemony hops predominate. Lingering final bitterness.

Bristol Beer Factory factoberfest 2011. Grapefruit and redcurrant on the nose of this single hop creation with a pithy shortcake body and bitter finish with a hint of melon rind.

On gravity at Factoberfest, The Tobacco Factory, Bristol 17/09/2011. Golden coloured with a slight white head. Light, grassy hop and sweetish malt aroma. Flavours of pineapple, a hint of lemon and cereal malts with a long, bitter finish. Good.
