COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION Cask, Occasional; A short walk from the brewery brings you to Snuff Mills on the River Frome. The old mill was actually used to grind corn, not snuff as its name suggests. The name is believed to originate from an early nineteenth century miller whose smock was always covered in snuff. Interesting and possibly even true! Brewed using the same ingredients as our Slumberjack, we’ve tinkered with the mash slightly to give a much higher final gravity. The result is less alcohol and a sweet malty taste.
