Bottle poured a dark amber no head or lacing. Smell of green apple, lemon. Flavor of apple, acetone, apple cider vinegar. Not a bottle I should have opened by myself

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
750ml bottle courtesy of Sammy. Cloudy burnt orange colour with almost no head; slight fruity sour aroma, more apples than cherries; much more noticeable tartness in it’s flavor.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
750 mL bottle. 2012 vintage. Part of a tasting 11/24/2013 at Fraser’s Pub in Ann Arbor. The pour is a lightly brownish golden color. There is a decent head and a nice lace. The aroma is very sour, with hints of fruit. There is a seemingly dominant cherry, and it is definitely tart. the flavor is surprisingly good. It’s a little of a sweet cherry before fading right into a big sourness. It coats the mouth nicely, and finishes very smooth The taste lingers just long enough to work through the sourness of the cherry

Wow, the barnyard on the nose almost bowls you over, which is awesome if you’re into that like I am. The puckery sourness is also almost over-the-top. This really blurs the line between a super-bretty wine and beer. Only for true sour lovers!

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draft in 10oz snifter. This is my first sour/wild ale. Tart orange very dominant. Some sourness on palate after the fruitiness fades.

Poured from 750 into a tulip. Pours a medium gold color with a foamy head.
Very good depth and complex aromas of funk, sour cherries, sour citrus notes, and some tart green apples.
Really good medium body feel with good depth and notes of green apples, sour cherries and sour citrus’.
This was a great beer. Got this from a friend and am very glad I got it. Really good depth across the board with a real nice tartness to it.

4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Opaque red brown; wonderful aroma of sour red berries that borders, but doesn’t quite touch vinegar. Vinegar shows up in the flavor, bot not detrimentally. An enjoyable, impressive, sweet & sour ale.
