COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Strawberries are Springís first fruit. They announce the end of the long Midwest winter and welcome the lazy days of summer. They herald a season of weekends at the lake, walking barefoot through the grass, and whiling away the afternoon at your local beer garden. Be sure to savor your Strawberry Blonde while it lasts because like a Michigan summer, itíll be gone before you know it. Food Pairings: Great with tangy BBQ, balsamic vinaigrette, citrusy or spicy dishes, and strawberry rhubarb pie Tasting Notes: This is a sophisticated fruit ale that doesnít forget itís a beer. Rich and flavorful medium bodied beer with a fresh, floral strawberry aroma. Citrus, spice, and fruit are blended seamlessly for a subtle yet distinct flavor that never turns too sweet.

Not overpowering on the fruity side, this ale satisfies the thirsty, and suits the savory.

Draft at Reno's East. Redish gold with no head. Smells like mild strawberry. Not too sweet which I like.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours cloudy ruby. Mild tart fruit flavor with noticeable alcohol note. Finish is a bit malty and boozy.

bottle - Pours pinkish amber and smells of strawberries. Itís sweet with strawberries, bready malt, and a little hops bitterness. This refreshing brew is pretty good as fruit beers go.

MBGSF 12 Draft. Poured reddish amber color with an average rocky white head that mostly lasted with fair lacing. Aroma was moderate strawberry with a spice tone. Flavor was moderate strawberry with a good balanced finish. Medium body with pleasing texture and soft carbonation. Average fruit beer.

Pinkish amber color. Cloudy. Faint strawberry aroma and taste. No Belgium yeast taste for me. No hop bitterness.

Bottle. Pours a murky amber color with a trace of a white head. Grassy, berry aroma. Flavors of sweet berries and various baking spices with a medicinal finish. Sticky texture with flat carbonation. Disappointing.

Poured from a 12 ounce bottle. Its a ruby red color almost like the color of a grapefruit wiith little head. Not too much of a strawberry aroma. At first taste it is like most belgian ales and at the end you taste a hint of strawberries, I do not taste too much sweetness like previous reviewers.
