COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; SEasonal - Summer.
We’ve stuck to a really simple formula for our summer beer - low colour Maris Otter malt and the best hops we could get our hands on. And we couldn’t be happier with the result. Sun Kiss is a thirst quenching golden ale with delicate flavours of lemons, limes and tropical fruits - all derived from a few heavy handed additions of NZ Motueka hops

Cask in the market porter. Alround rating: Pale lightly buttery malt, herbal and citrusy hop balances nicely, but the butteryness stops it from being hot.

Cask-conditioned at the Watershed Cafe, Bristol 21/05/09. Pale gold with a slight white head. Aroma of citrus hops with a hint of buttery sweetness. Flavour had some sweet malts, with yeasty spice and some roastiness lurking in the background, before a short dry finish. A pint with character.
