COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Angler's Ale, is a full-bodied English Pale Ale. Bright copper in color, it has a full, toasted and complex malt flavor with a hint of caramel. The sweet and delicate herbal hop finish is provided by premium Goldings whole flower hops.

Another subpar brew from Arcadia - maybe I need to try their beers on tap to enjoy them better. Amber beer with massive off white thick head that quicky overflowed and lots of carbonation early on (died mid-way through which was fine). Aroma of weak sugary fruit, light hops and caramel. Drinkable, but the taste was dissapointing with its hops, yeast, butter or something and lacked a good malt flavour. There was at least some grapefruit (barely). Mouthfeel really bit. Kind of soapy, slightly sour, and had a long lasting light hop finish. A shot of wiskey wiped all that away in one second. Good wiskey after aftertaste.....

Slight haze, lighter orange brown. Aroma is decent ale and sterile like floor stripper. First tongue is mild with some fruit. Permanent hair treatment in there as well. Non offensive mild ale bite which comes across like many pale lagers. Finish is rather lite and enjoyable. OK overall.

Tap @ brewpub. Golden colour, tiny head. Aroma is slighty malty. Flavour has some floral hops. Bitter and sweet finish.

A so so EPA. Aroma was average. Stale malt with a somewhat bubble gum to it. Pour was a nice bubble medium gold with a thin white ring for a head. Taste was nice and bitter, but a little weak. Very dry with good carbonation that bites the cheeks. There is a thin toasteed maltiness in the front, but the grassy hops are the main focus. Would be a good stepping stone beer into the craft beer world.

Bottle. Light amber color. Medium white head. Nice lacing. Floral aroma. Somewhat bitter flavor. Crisp and clean. Extremely dry finish. This is one of the first micro’s that I drank regularly out of college. My favorite Pale Ale.

Bottled. Medium amber/orange in color, with a large white head. Sweet fruity aroma with some hops and a mint like smell. Highly carbonated. Very interesting fruity flavors. Some tropical fruits and pina colada flavors. Very odd. Flavors are tasty, but just way too carbonated.

Draft at Rivers Edge Grill in Detroit. Color is a light amber with off-white frothy head, that left some lacing. Aroma of hops, grass, and spices. Taste of hops, toasted malt, herbs and spices, with a nice bitter kick. Crisp smooth mouthfeel with some nice carbonation. Nothing too special, but decent for quenching.
