COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Massive in every way, B-Craft delivers a complex bundle of flavors with citrus-hop aroma. Moving beyond the massive hop aroma, rich roasted malt flavors of coffee and chocolate move forward only to be checked by an impressive hop bitterness. Texture and flavor dance together so seamlessly that you may need to remind yourself that, while it drinks like a session, it delivers like an assassin.

Bottle. Really interesting floral hop aroma. Which carries into the flavor with an immense roasted peach flavor, pool water, guava, light roast but more chocolate heavy. Very strange brew and certainly a unique take on the style. Would like to try fresh from the tap.

Served in a three floyds pint glass. Pours a very dark brown/black with a thin tan head that disappears. Aroma roasted barley, pine, mild citric hops, and smoked malt. Taste is malty up front, toasted barley, grapefruit, pine, and smokey flavors are there. Medium mouthfeel and alcohol is slightly present. Good beer.

UPDATED: FEB 16, 2015 At Fork on Lincoln. Way to easy drinking for the strength. The roasted flavor out battles the hops but the hops leave a reminder at the end of the sip. Nice stuff. Serving: Draft

Pour form a 12oz bottle. Inky dark brew with almost no head. Aroma of coffee, toasted malts, a little citrus hops and hints on ethanol. Taste is modest malt with roasted malt / coffee background, excellent floral and citrus hops flourish, finishing on a hoppy note with some lingering burnt malt. Very nice.

Bottle pour to shaker. Opaque, dark brown. High ABV nicely muted by the medium body and the flavor. Hop bitterness, malt, coffee and roast flavor are all present in moderation initially, but then seems to overwhelm the palate. Overall a good beer.

Taste is grapefruit and bitterness. An excellent DIPA! Roast is muted in both aroma and taste. Clear black color with medium body.

Pours a very dark brownish black with a light brown rim of head. Aroma is a malt, sweet berry and plesant. Taste is of malt, roast and short lived with a weak finish of hopps. it seems like the beer is stuck between an Ipa and a stout which might be appealing for some. pretty good beer.

From a bottle, very friendly aromatic perfume for the olfactory. Big black pour. Yezzah, this big black medicine is pumping across my taste buds like a tsunami, wew werweewrwew THERE YOU HAVE IT. one of the nastiest dark beers for a while. Strong bold big business; imagine the best impy stout brewer getting together with the best dipa brewer and put them in a press and wallah. Finish is the same big rude awakening, bleahayahah. Aroma and look keep this from being a total bomb for a lager lover.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a dark mahogany color with a small beige head. The aroma had roasted malts, light citrus notes, light resin, and some berries. The flavor was pretty close to the nose; roasted malts, light citrus and resin with a shot of berry. Finish adds a touch of ash with a lasting bitterness. Interesting enough.

Roasted grain, resin, spruce, citrus, molasses, licorice, soy sauce, and raisins find there way via aroma to my nostrils. A firm pour into a snifter does not produce much head, and it dissipates quickly. The taste has a hint of dry white wine, followed by bitterness and a touch of umami. It is a bit light in body and thin for an 8.5% ale, but the long umami tinged finish makes up for that. A fine double black IPA, but not sublime...
