Cereal City Beer is Arcadia Brewing Company’s 13th Anniversary Ale. In terms of style, it is an Ordinary Bitter (4.2% ABV and 31 IBUs) with a grain bill containing a remarkable 13 different malts, including barley, wheat and oats, all in relatively small proportions. Cereal City Beer is a tribute to Battle Creek’s Food... City Brewing Company, which ceased operations in 1942.
