2007 bomber bottle. Pours opaque dark brown with a thick tan head that subsides but still leaves nice lace. Soft aromas of bakers chocolate, sweet molasses and a touch of briny lactic acid. Flavor includes much the same along with pronounced hop bitterness, especially in the finish. Medium full bodied with a chalky mouthfeel. Moderate carbonation and relatively smooth. Nothing mind-blowing but a pretty solid chocolate stout.

Bottle. Nice aroma. Beer pours dark brown. Tan head vanishes. Reminds me of moo hoo stout only better. Wish I had more of these. Love the chocolate. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Aroma of cocoa, milk, and a hint of dark fruit. Pours black with a thin brown head. Taste is thick with molasses and burnt chocolate. Very hearty but lacks some sweetness.

Bottle. Black with a medium light brown head. Aroma is chocolate, coffee, roasted, caramel. Taste is medium sweet, with a strong roasted bitterness. Not a whole lot of chocolate. Finish is dry, roasted. Light body, moderate carbonation.

A mediocre stout. Very nice appearance, pitch black pour with a small beige head that remains. Aroma is all chocolate and coffee. Taste is slightly sweet but not enough chocolate for something called a "triple chocolate stout". Taste is pretty smooth, slightly bitter, but overall just ok.

Bottle. Pours a dark brown color, tannish head. Chocolate, sweet, roasted malt, and light coffee. Simple and about what you would expect, although it is rather thin.

Pours dark brown in color with a khaki head. Maybe a touch watery on the nose, but otherwise nice roast and chocolate aromas. A hint of coffee and some molasses for sweetness. The flavor isn’t bad, but similarly watery. Cocoa/chocolate, coffee, and roasted malt make up most of the substance. A slight sweetness of toffee and molasses, too. Not bad, but not great either.

Bottle from the Anderson’s. Pours black with a thin khaki head. Chocolate and molasses notes on the nose. Chocolates somewhat pronounced on the tongue with just a hint of sweetness. It feels like its missing coffee. Fairly clean finish.

Bottle. Poured thick head. Bitter dark chocolate, slightly boozy taste. Smooth, easily drinkable for a triple chocolate. Long lingering aftertaste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

It poured a dark brown color with a light brown head. The aroma was of coffee, but not overwhelming. The taste was of malt and coffee, with a slight dark chocolate taste as well.
