Mar 12, 2008 Bottle. I loved this beer! Poured a glowing amber color, lighthead similar to arcadia hopmouth. Crisp refreshing hops and malts. I felt special drinking this one. The super hops were incredible. Not quite like Hopslam but still one of the top beers I have had.

Mar 11, 2008 Bottled. Poured clear, sparkling lighter orange with a stately cap of off-white head. The aroma had a sweet, succulent blend of hops above all else (orange peel, perfume, deeper grapefruit, and perhaps some Amarillo).. toffee and pale malts backed ’em up. The flavor was led by slightly sour, quite bitter light fruits and perfumey hoppage.. pale malts gave a dry, semi-sweet backing.. spicy, dry finish with a lot of bitterness and some alcohol heat. Thicker-bodied, warm, and dry on the palate with an extra hit of bitterness a few seconds after the swallow.. felt OK. Solid brew!

Mar 9, 2008 Bottle thanks to Styles. The pour was amber in color, nice off-white colored head. The aroma was solid, perfume floral notes on top of grapefruits. The flavor was full hoppy grapefruits, floral notes, bittering hops, some orangey type malts. The mouthfeel was highly carbonated, bitter dryness, tingly action on the back of the mouth. Mar 9, 2008 Pours clear orange with a pure white head. Lots of carbonation bubbles. Lots of sticky lace. The aroma is big with pine and grapefruit, but comes off harsh due to alcohol. Super hoppy flavor. Aggressive, leaf flavored bitterness. Long finish Medium body. High carbonation. Dry finish. Good, but the finish hangs around longer than I’d like.

Mar 3, 2008 12 oz bottle (bottle code b2) from Gregis. Pour is basketball orange, clear, with a 2 inch off white head. Aroma of grassy, piney and sweet citrus fruit hops. Nice nose. Taste is not quite as big as the nose would have suggested. Pretty much all the flavors from the nose, with some honey sweetness in the finish. Decent DIPA. Thanks for sharing this one Greg!

Mar 2, 2008 An orange/brown beer with small white head. I personally don’t think it has much of a hoppy taste as it should. Has a citrus kick. Pricey for what you get.
