COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This remarkably balanced brew has a deep amber hue with a generous white head. Hopmouth showcases a rich, toasty flavor and sweet caramel notes because of the high-quality Maris Otter malt used. The hops are up front in the aroma, reminiscent of citrus and pine, while the resin-like flavors linger well after the last sip.

Bottle. Pours copper, with little head. A lot of sweet malts on the aroma, mixed with floral hops. The flavor is also a pretty even balance between caramel malts and citrus/floral hops - itís a bit on the maltier side than I prefer for the style, but itís still nicely balanced. A well-crafted beer.

12 oz bottle. Bottled on 08/26/16. From the Arcadia Ales, Kalamazoo, MI. Cloudy deep amber color with a small off-white head. Sweet fruity hops, berries and some maltiness in the aroma. The flavor is berry and resiny hops, moderate bitterness, sweetness, malt and some baking powder. Quite alright. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

The beer pours to a lightly hazy dark amber body with nice white head. The aroma is squirt soda. Nice grapefruityness. The flavor is caramelly malts and grapefruit sections. Nicely balanced and moderately bitter.

Pint pour- nice brownish gold color with lots of good citrus hop in the smell. Too bad the hop smell doesnít make good on its promise. Lots of bitterness in the middle and in the finish. Nevertheless fairly balanced with malty sweetness.

Brownish red in appearance, smells of Carmel and malt, taste big hops and citrus with a pretty hard alcohol taste at the end, oily texture in the mouth, but itís a solid dipa with a lot of flavor...enjoy

Bottle. Oak, caramel malt, pine, citrus and resin notes. Strength isnít grand in this beer but the flavors do so much that I almost wish it had more kick to go with it. Love the earth vibes here and mild sweetness.

Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass. The appearance is a great looking clear reddish amber with a white head. The aroma if full of citrus, hops and grass. The taste is full on citrus with some hops. Overall, a great DIPA.

12 oz. pour. Strong aroma, citrus hops and slight malt nose. Nice copper pour with a creamy white head. Adequate lacing. Taste is a very well balanced mix of hop and malt. Citrus hops up front give way to a decent malt backbone before ending with a dry hop finish. Small booze burn as well. Well carbonated. Overall, a great dipa. Will get again.
