COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Columbus dry-hops added directly to the open fermenter uniquely characterize our IPA with an intensely robust pure-like floral aroma and resinous hop flavor. A pronounced hop bitterness is balanced by a medium-bodied, lightly caramel and toasted malt character with a nutty finish.

Draft. Palate is really the redeeming quality of this beer. Flavor is over bearing bitter. Aroma doesn’t really have much of the typical piney/grassy/citrusy/hoppy notes. Disappointed.

Pours a hazy orange with a off-white head. Aroma of floral hops with caramel and toasted malts. Flavor of hops resin and light toasted malts. Flavor is lacking a bit, but is still pretty drinkable.

pours a copper color with your standard piney/citrus hops aroma. It has a very dry/bitter aftertaste (which I am personally not a fan of)

Bottle to pint. Looks fine; copper with some white lacing. Smells and tastes hoppy. Average on the palate. Decent.

UPDATED: SEP 30, 2012 Aroma is piney/citrus/orange hops, tropical fruit and slightly perfumed. The flavor is tropical fruit/kiwi/lime, citrus, malts and hop resin that leads into a bitter finish.

Cloudy gold beer, little white head. Soft dry palate. Grapefruit orange but with chalky seltzer minerals. Soft and dry and finish. Bitterish aftertaste. Okay but too dry.

Definitely more of the English style of IPA - much milder in the hops; could probably pass for an ESB. I think something was wrong with my batch - the head pours of all but one bottle were unnaturally large and took *forever* to recede. Otherwise, an okay beer.
