COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Columbus dry-hops added directly to the open fermenter uniquely characterize our IPA with an intensely robust pure-like floral aroma and resinous hop flavor. A pronounced hop bitterness is balanced by a medium-bodied, lightly caramel and toasted malt character with a nutty finish.

From a bottle poured an amber color with a fair amount of head. Bitter hoppy flavor with a lingering finish.

Pours a clear golden amber with a one finger head. Aroma is cirtus and light english malt. Taste is on the english side of an ipa. Palate is medium bodied. Not a bad ipa but I prefer the american style.

12oz bottle -pours hazy dark orange with two fingers of off white head and good lacing. Nose is watered-down freshly-squeezed orange juice. Flavor adds grapefruit and sour citrus fruit. Light sweetness, light sourness and moderate bitterness. Thin texture. Interesting and tasty.

thought this was decent IPA, though tame & reserved. could add some extra hops on the dry-hopping to kick up the aromatics a bit.

12oz bottle, cloudy copper color, off white head, good lacing. Light fruity, slight hop/malt aroma. Iím just not getting these flavors. Not very hoppy or bitter taste, not getting the balance or complexity in this brew. Slick texture, average co2, average lacing. Overall, an average pale ale, not in the ipa category.

Pour out of 12 oz bottle, hazy orange pour with big, fluffy white head, a bit much on the carb. Aroma brought notes of cardboard, wet hay, some lemon, grass, biscuit, slight earth, slight dry and old hops. Taste is a mix of sweet yeast, caramel, some toffee, earth, slight spice, hints of grain, finishing fairly sweet, slight old hops make it slightly bitter. Eh.

Poor mans alpha king. Low score does not tell the tale with this brew. Bottle. Mid-October. Had engagement photos today & a dark beer war tasting at gomers. Itís tasty & more complex than a weak palate will notice. Although Iím not from michigan, Iím partial to michigan beer.

Bottle. Pours a nice copper/amber with a small white head. Bready aromas mixed with earthy hops and some caramel. Flavor is much of the same but with a hint of mint from the hops. Super easy to drink and decent enough to have again.

Draft. Palate is really the redeeming quality of this beer. Flavor is over bearing bitter. Aroma doesnít really have much of the typical piney/grassy/citrusy/hoppy notes. Disappointed.
