COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Jaw-Jacker balances our finest malted barley with a bit-o-wheat and is complimented with a citrus hop kick and just the right amount of cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice for a nice marriage of pumpkin pie and beer. Made in the fall to celebrate the changing of the season.

12 Fl. Oz. Bottle. Poured hazy, copper in color with a minimal white head that dissipated quickly, no lacing at all. Aroma of spices (cinnamon and nutmeg). Taste is more spices, itís also quite sweet. Not too sure about this one, interesting but more like a one time deal to me...

12 ounce bottle into pint glass, fall 2014 bottling. Pours lightly hazy bright orange color with a 1 finger fairly dense off white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a light amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of caramel, toast, brown sugar, brown bread, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, and herbal/toasted earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with god balance and solid complexity of dark/bready malt and spice notes; with solid strength. Taste of caramel, toast, brown sugar, brown bread, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, and herbal/toasted earthiness. Light earthy spiciness on the finish; with lingering notes of caramel, toast, brown sugar, brown bread, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and herbal/toasted earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Nice robustness and solid complexity of dark/bready malt and spice flavors; with a good malt/spice balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a smooth, crisp, and lightly bready mouthfeel that is good. Alcohol is well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a very solid spiced ale. Good balance and solid complexity of dark/bready malt and spice flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A bit one dimensional, but nicely enjoyable otherwise.

Aroma is cinnamon and nutmeg. Taste is sweet and malty, and has a nice light hoppy bitterness. A pumpkin beer without any pumpkin in it. Surprisingly good though.

Yum! Clear orange color and smells more pumpkin than spice. Not as much pumpkin as I expected. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Reviewed from notes. The appearance had a golden clear brown and left a small white head. Though the body was extremely clear, there was no carbonation was seen rising. The smell had nutmeg, cinnamon, and allspice up front and dominating every aspect of the aromas. The taste was pretty much the same. Some pumpkin came out in the taste as it warmed up. On the palate, it sat at about a light and felt great on my tongue. This is an extremely drinkable beer. Overall ok, I know its not a true "pumpkin ale," but I can see certain seasonal aspects how some would think this is since the pumpkin only came out once the beer warmed.

Draft at beer fest. Pours clear orange with a medium sized white head. The aroma has pumpkin puree but limited spices. The taste is light pumpkin, not complex.

Aroma is spices and perfumed sour/sweetness, canít tell if its pumpkin or yam. The flavor is spices, citrus, mild wheat notes and the same sour/sweetness from the aroma in the finish.

bottle. Amber orange with small head. Pumpkin pie spice and some citrus hops. A little untraditional, but it works for me.
