This English-style brown ale has an alluring mahogany color capped by a rich foam head. It is brewed with six different varieties of premium malted barley, creating a robust body and delicious flavor profile featuring hints of chocolate, raisins, dates and almonds. Its ripe fruit notes and malty, sweet finish are counterbalanced by a subtle hop bitterness and aroma.

Clear mahogany, light tan head. Strong honey, a bit of light grassiness. Light sweetness. Light body, a decent amount of carbonation. Longer finish. Not bad at all.

Hmm...well, I’ll say that it sucks to start. Not as fizzy as some other Arcadias I’ve tried, which is a plus. Though still highly carbonated. Taste is unpleasant bitter, almost no malty roasted sweetness that you’d expect, and a chemical/metal aftertaste. Just nasty.

This brown ale poured a dark amber colour with a minimal tan coloured head. Scents include ripe fruit and caramel. First swig was Nice with medium carbonation and flavours of lightly roasted malt, caramel and a light hop flavour. A .little watery but still has good flavour. Finish is roasty but not too much. With a nice light hop.

Bottle. Sweet and airy, very sweet with red berry/fruit and mineral character, nuttiness; pours pale chestnut with lots of carbonation and a huge beige head. Taste is, well, past its prime, airy and lightly tart, overcarbed and quite possibly infected, nuts and light roast under metal and berry, loght cherry. Very low bitterness, very sweet but not cloying.

Draft at Milk Boy. Cloudy brown pour with some off-white foam. Walnuts. Bitter caramel. Slightly acetic blacked oranged notes. Bit bizarre. Nutty certainly.

Pours a mahogany color with a fair head. Aroma of malt, chocolate and nuts. Taste of malt, chocolate, bit of nut and caramel. Mild bitterness and a fairly clean finish. Medium body, smooth with nice feel.

355ml bottle. Dark brown pour, quickly receding head. The smell is light and malty, hints of caramel and nuts, but mostly english yeast character. Flavor is fuller, it has dark fruits, light nuttiness, really easy to drink. The beer is just too subdued, a good beer to hand someone who claims they don’t like dark beer.

Bottle thnx to hopscotch, cheers! Pours a clear brown beer with a small off white head on top that disappears really quick. Aroma is very malty, light chocolate and bready. Flavor is fairly bitter, some chocolate and roast coffee. Really subtle flavors making this easy to drink but not the greatest beer ever. Still decent though.

Not very consistent from bottle to bottle. Some have been over carbonated. Some taste like a bad walnut. Some are just ok.
