COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
In honor of our adventurous friends at Sky Dive Inc. in Hastings, Michigan, we crafted a truly adventurous brew in Sky High Rye. A West Coast-style Pale Ale with rye malt, Sky High Rye boasts a massive floral aroma of resinous hops. The hops contribute flavor notes of lemons, peaches, and pine needles, combined with the sweet, malty flavors of toffee and bread. Rye adds a pleasant peppery, spicy note like a fresh slice of pumpernickel bread. Very well-rounded and very drinkable, Sky High Rye will surely inspire adventure in all who taste it.

Thick, persistent head. Light gold color, translucent with haze created by suspended microparticles. Pleasant piney, grainy taste. Refreshing.

Pours pale amber with a slight haze, ok retention. Aroma is fairly sweet rye caramel with some citric hop notes. Taste is same; fairly sweet on the palate, dominated by rye. Body is light to medium, low carbonation, sticky consistency from rye, finishes juicy with some bitterness. Overall, this is pretty meh

Poured a hazy golden color with a thick white head. Hoppy with some nice sweet malt aromas. Earthy, dry, and spicy. Pretty tasty!

It poured a light orange color with a small white head. The aroma was of pine and citrus. The flavor was dry, malty biscuit initial taste with a lingering flowery and a mild pepper finish. A decent Rye.

Pour a hazy golden color with a medium white head. Citrus in the nose but in the flavors too. Not bad at all. Would definitely have it again.

Poured from bottle into standard pint glass at Pearl Cafe Thai restaurant in Florissant, Missouri, USA. Wow, this is a superb craft-beer. Similar to a standard micro-brew American Pale Ale, but substituting some of the barley malt with rye, lending a snappier, spicier finish. Light amber color, medium off-white head. Generous American hop aroma and great overall balance. Paired nicely with my spicy green curry, but would stand well on its own as well. Highly recommended.

Hazy golden pour with a white head that sticks around for awhile. Fruity citrus nose. Taste is pretty hoppy with more citrus and a well balanced rye flavor. Tastes super fresh. This beer has a nice body and good carbonation. Nice to have a bold tasting beer with only 6% abv.
