3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
12 oz bottle. The pour is a light gold with a slight amberish tint. There isn't really much head, and what hangs around doesn't cling at all for lacing. The aroma has a little spiciness to it, some nice hop characteristics, and a faint citrusy zest there at the end. The flavor is more bland than I was hoping for. There is a spicy hoppiness to it, but there isn't strong lacking of the malt that Arcadia talks about. The taste is a little thin, and doesn't offer much after that initial hoppiness. The mouth feel is thin, light, and the aftertaste has a little lingering dryness to it

3.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
12oz can. The beer has a very pleasant, sweet aroma. Almost like a combination of grapefruit and peaches. Pale yellow and hazy with good carbonation and a nice amount of white head. The taste is very interesting, hoppy and bitter. Fizzy on the palate with a bitter aftertaste.

2.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Undated 12 oz can purchased near brewery about 3 months ago and kept refrigerated.
Pours golden with a small, partially durable head.
Smells spicy and floral, rather as expected.
But the flavor clearly reveals wild yeast. Unintentional I believe. So much for unpasteurized in this case? Effects actually fit somewhat with the spicy rye profile and don’t detract that much from the beer, but it certainly doesn’t taste like it is supposed to.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Hop dominated. Overwhelming dryness and bitterness and not even a hint of the malts advertised in the company blah, blah, blah. Nonetheless, quite good.
