May 1, 2008 12 oz. bottle from Sudsy’s. Nice orange/light amber color with a foamy, off white head. Spicy and fruity nose, lemon and coriander. Medium fizzy, carbonic body with moderately lacing head. Sweet fruit, apple and pear with a mild sour/funk note. Very dry with just a touch of roasted malt. Spicy notes during dry after. This is interesting. I think it’s good, if this what it’s supposed to be, more like a farmhouse ale than a straight wheat beer. Nonetheless, I like the flavors dancing throughout. I really do hope this is what they were shooting for. Not bad.

Apr 28, 2008 20070519 12oz bottle. Clouded golden color with lasting white head and visible eff. It’s a bit funky and weird, but in a good way. Phenolic and yeasty, biscuit dough.
