Aroma of citrus, caramel, wheat, and orange. Taste of orange, wheat, malt, caramel, honey, and slight hops. Murky caramel color with small off-white head. Aroma is predominantly apples, with some sweet malt, wheat, and light citrus. Taste of sweet and tart apples. The flavor was tangy or citrus, some banana, lots of apple that was kind of off putting in that it was the dominate flavor. Malty body with a clean aftertaste. Aroma is wheat, earthy grains, and grass. Taste is lemon zest and other natural flavors. Decent beer. Barrios (852), Nashville, Tennessee, USA Jan 11, 2009 Bottle with Butters at the First Cellar Reduction. I got the bottom of the bottle so it poured an off-white head and a cloudy, honey colored body. Smells of honey and some wheat. Tastes of honey and citrus with a good body.
