Nose held soft notes of toasted caramel and candied orange peel. Sweet citrus flavors ride light caramel and honey tones throughout. Light to medium bodied, fizzy carbonation, soft sweet finish. Interesting stuff, but the sweetness got to me... Hudspart (371), Hudsonville, Michigan, USA

On tap it poured a rich, orange red color with a slightly off white head. Aroma was tart and citrusy with strong notes of orange peel. Medium flavor body with noticeable flavors of orange peel and some very trace honey flavors. Crisp hop finish. No real wheat qualities that I could detect. nuplastikk (1176), Madison, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | May 30, 2008 12oz bottle. Was expecting a white ale of sorts...not the case. Pours a deep cloud brownish-orange color. Creamy mouthfeel, with some amber malt coming through. The honey gives it slight mead-like qualities. Drinkable and enjoyable, but I don’t really pick up much wheat at all, probably because the honey covers up some of those subtleties. I really began to enjoy this beer more towards the end. | 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 20, 2008 Poors a dark orange color, quite clear. Medium white head, passes quickly. Smells like fruity summer wheat beer (read: Oberon). Fruity and malty taste, quick bitter finish, and then it dissipates. Very dry, but quite drinkable. eaglefan538 (2360), Wilmington, Delaware, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 18, 2008 Pour was full amber, white head, ok lacing. The aroma was like an orangey American wheat. Flavor followed suit, could have been called an orange wheat ale. Finish was amply hopped, a strong bitter finish, malt depth (and sweetness) also present. An interesting brew, kudos for originality (I was expecting a wit out of ignorance and probably because of the name). polomagnifico (533), Saginaw, Michigan, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | May 11, 2008 Aroma of wheat, yeast, over ripe fruit, and a little skunk. Orange hazy brown hue with an average sized white head that mostly diminished. Below average in every category. shendrix (478), Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA
