May 1, 2008 12 oz. bottle from Sudsy’s. Nice orange/light amber color with a foamy, off white head. Spicy and fruity nose, lemon and coriander. Medium fizzy, carbonic body with moderately lacing head. Sweet fruit, apple and pear with a mild sour/funk note. Very dry with just a touch of roasted malt. Spicy notes during dry after. This is interesting. I think it’s good, if this what it’s supposed to be, more like a farmhouse ale than a straight wheat beer. Nonetheless, I like the flavors dancing throughout. I really do hope this is what they were shooting for. Not bad.

Apr 10, 2008 TAP. Appearance: Hazy light amber/dark gold with a very thin skim of white bubbles on the surface. Aroma: Yesty phenols and esters with some faint citrus. Flavor: mild spices & yeasty note dominant, faintly fruity with a citrus note but none of the malty flavors promised by the appearance. Palate: moderate mouthfeel with a crisp finish. Overall: underwhelming wheat that seems a little too phenolic/estery.

Mar 29, 2008 12 oz. bottle. Pours a hazy dark golden color with a medium sized off white head. The aroma is light citrus with a bready malt backbone. The flavor is moderately sweet,citrus, earthy hops, a little honey, and wheat. Medium body, nothing too exciting here.

Mar 3, 2008 Bottle: Gold yellow in colour with white head. Aroma has honey sweet hints with a little malt. Flavour has mild wheat hints with sweet honey flavour hidden in the background. The body is smooth. The beer is decent and refreshing and maintains good flavour without being complex.
