COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Arcadia Whitsun is a modern interpretation of a mid-19th century English spring and summer festival ale. It is light golden in color with a rich, creamy head, full bodied and has a lightly toasted caramel flavor. The addition of Michigan star thistle honey contributes a uniquely smooth drinkability to this unfiltered wheat ale.

Pour is a golden orange color with white, frothy head. Slight citrus smell, maybe some corriander(?)This one tastes more like a belgian then an american wheat to me. Average citrus flavour, but way later then you’re typical wheat. This beer is decent but nothing to write home about.

pours hazy straw yellow color with white head. smells cirtus. taste is bolder than expected, with lemon, orange, wheat, honey. quite sour, but not unpleasant. good summer beer.

One of the first really warm and sunny days this spring in Michigan make me reach for the Whitsun. Whitsun is gold to copper in color and hazy. Peaches and wheat aromas are present along with a faint honey sweetness. Honey wheat and a light citrusy sweet taste. This one goes down so easy, it is very refreshing and highly drinakable. Low carbonation with a medium body. A great seasonal that I love to enjoy with some barbecued chicken in the summer.

a bottle from the park slope food coop. not too much flavor at all from this one. kinda tastes like its trying to be somewhere between a hefeweizen and an ale.

Nice amber pour and creamy head. has the expected amounts of orange peel and malt taste. Nothing spectacular but a pleasant enough beer.

No discernible aroma. Appearance and mouthfeel both appropriately light for style. Taste is of wheat but not the coriander or honey advertised. An ok summer beer, but not great ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Beast: 12 oz bottle thanks to GVL WEST. Pours hazy orange. mild body full of earthy citrus notes 1" head that falls to 1/4" head that stays with the beer the whole down. Doesn’t leave much for the palate but tastes great going down! Light and easy drinking Beauty: Unavailable

Poors a dark orange color, quite clear. Medium white head, passes quickly. Smells like fruity summer wheat beer (read: Oberon). Fruity and malty taste, quick bitter finish, and then it dissipates. Very dry, but quite drinkable.
