Pours dark gold, with splendid white head; aroma is hoppy and perfumed, in the mouth well balanced with British texture; a strong IPA.

Keg at the brewery bar in Florence. Pours lightly hazy gold with a thick, lasting cream head. The nose has floral hops in the nose, dry pale malts, grass, citrus peel, crackers. Light-medium sweet flavor with lots of rindy citrus, toasty and crackery malts, some piney oil, slight grass, melon. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Mildly resinous on the finish with further floral hops, pine, toasty and cracker bread. OK.

Draft. Hazy gold/orange with a thick off white head. Lots of grapefruit and orange with something akin to a pilsner malt base. Slightly watery finish but that didn’t really detract from the beer. Very tasty and drinkable.

Great citrus and hoppy nose and taste. Good balanced bitterness. A little ’weak’ on foam.

Hazy and pale. Nice bubbly head. Hops are grapefruit, gooseberry, and the palate has a lot of bitterness, fresh grapefruit and orange hops, subtle yeast, and maybe a bit watery in the finish. Nice lacing down the glass. Good IPA. Kept going back to it.

pours a hazy light copper colour with a good white head that stays foorever in the glass. Aroma of peach, lemon, pineapple and some pine. Lovely smell! flavour is much the same, superbly balanced. Soft carbonation that gives a silky smooth mouthfeel. This brew was just three day old at the tap when I had it(24/7-13), what a super fresh taste. Maybe it’s the freshness, or this maight be one of the top 3 ipa’s I’ve ever had.
