Cask conditioned at the Black Horse, Amberley, Gloucs 22/4/07. Very middle-of-the road bitter. Amber, with next to no head. A hint of sweet fruit in the aroma followed by a slightly malty flavour and a short dry finish. Ordinary but served in good condition.

Cask. Charlies Pub. Copenhagen. Amber colour with an off-white head. Crystal malt, caramel, fruitiness, bread, yeast, light bitterness. A bit thin and boring, but fully drinkable.

Cask @ The Speaker, Westminster SW1. Pours a clear amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty caramel and honey aroma with some hoppy hints. Fruity malty nutty caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty caramel finish.

EBF2008: This one is more bitter than Archers IPA. Its golden coloured, has a low head, white. Clear. Aroma is moderate hoppy, light malt. Flavor is moderate bitter. Dry texture.

Cask at Charlies. Clear amber - white head. Abricot, light sweetness, light roasted, toasted, pine, grass, light wood, nice medium hoppy, fruity, smooth body, caramel, cactus. OK - pleasant.

Cask [gravity] at EBF 2008, Copenhagen, Denmark. Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, apple, buttery notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. 120908

(Cask at Speaker, Westminster, London, 21 Nov 2008) Amber colour with frothy, beige head. Fruity, malty nose with biscuity malt, orange peel and earthy hops. Fruity, malty taste with notes of orange, biscuits ans earthy, citrussy hops in the finish. Doesn’t really shake my world, but its definitely well made, balanced and tasty. In short: biscuits and orange in nice harmony.

Cask at EBF 2008. Golden color, small head. Hoppy spicy aroma with toffee notes. Thin fruity flavor with hop and butter notes.

Cask at EBF08. Hazy golden. Aroma from butterscotch. Toffee and citrus in the flavour. Light bitterness.

EBF2008, cask. It’s a warm golden beer with an OK head. The aroma has notes of fruit and butterscotch. The flavour has notes of fruit, butterscotch, caramel and a light bitterness. It’s smooth and pleasant.

Cask at EBF 2008. Clear golden colour with a small white head. Rich atoma and taste fruits and caramel with notes of hops.
