JDW, Rochester. Fragrant & perfumey, but in a floury manner rather than crisp. Some faint soft citric bite late in the finish. Some slight caramel sweet spots up front. A pleasant beer.

Cask Handpump at the Smithfield Hotel, Manchester 23/12/2005 Clear golden coloured with hoppy and citrus aroma and flavours. Crisp on the palate with a slightly dry malt finish.
