Cask Conditioned at The Cottage, Ashorne, Warks. Pale amber with smooth bubbly head. Refreshing lemony fruity light beer with plenty of condition. Despite it being brewed for the Euro ’04 tournament it would make a pleasant summer beer anyway.

Light gold in colour. Aromas are very hoppy, floral and fresh with some zest and spice. Flavours are sweet and malty but with the emphasis on floral, buttery hops. England had lost the day before I had this.
