Cask at the Beverley Inn, Doncaster. Copper-brown coloured beer, nice thin white head, laced very well, quite thick and creamy. Aroma is of some eggs, malt, not much in the way of aroma. Flavour is malts, some spice, maybe some citrus. Thin, smooth ale, finish is slightly bitter, not much of it. Easy drinking. Session.

Bronze amber coloured body, clear and a little thin looking. Briscquity, malt aroma. Spiced hop flavour.

A copper coloured session bitter, with some sulphur in the aroma. The flavour is predominantly malty and the body is rather thin. Fit for the purpose, but a bit bland. Cask (handpump), Head of Steam, Euston, London NW1.
