Rastacouere (5919) - Montréal, - NOV 23, 2007
The agreeable house yeast strain manages to make this dark, golden to amber ale with a fading off-white head pleasant enough. Bready, malty, round bitter that drinks well and grows and honest mineral, earthy bitterness. Straight-forward british bitter that takes no risk and remains straightforward, but fun to drink.

Cask at Charlie’s Bar, Copenhagen. An amber beer with a thin tan head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel, but also a slightly acidic citrus hop note. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel and toffee, leading to a dry citrusy and rather bitter finish.
