[2648-20091206] 500mL bottle. Sweet strong apple cores aroma. Clear, dark yellow body with no head. Like a watered-down Bunratty mead flavour with a little spicy apple that has been sitting out awhile. Medium body seems watery. Fair.

2009-12-06. Dark yellow body, headless. 3+ Mild aroma, must apples, apple skins. Flavour is a bit odd, musty apple, skins, slightly leathery. Average bodied. Meh. Bit past its prime, but I think just okay to start with, and slightly more dull with age. Bottle from Abbot Ale House, Cork

Clear golden with short dissapering head. Notes of fresh natural apples. Flavour is sweet and you really can taste the fresh apples.
