Cask Conditioned at The Stags Head, Dunster, Somerset. Brown amber with bubbly head. Sweetish malty bitter with a thinnish flavour. A little cereal note on the finish with some apple notes. Middling Bitter.

Specially brewed for the Euro 2004 tournament. Cask Conditioned, White Horse Hedgerley, gravity dispense, poured by me. Sweet, malty, and with a biting bitterness to the underside of the tongue. Decent enough with 1/2 a pint, I can imagine it could be cloying after a few pints.
