Not really sure why it’s called an IPA... bread, hay, citrus, floral, Golden Amber color, clear, nice white head.medium bitterness, light sweetness, light body, creamy, soft carbonation, light bitter finish. The kind of beer you keep in the fridge as an everyday refreshing beer. Not bad, but not a real IPA in my mind.

Can. Hazy yellow/orange with a medium white head with good rentention and great lacing. Aroma is sweet malt, corn, muddy waters. Flavor is sweet malt, alcohol, corn and a bitter aftertaste. No aroma and a sharp bitterness

1 pint can, not sure if fresh or not. Pours a clear golden with a medium white head that leaves good lacing but fail early. Nose is of caramel, fruits, herbs and grass. Taste is sweet and offers flavors of caramel. Some moderate bitterness but not nearly enough. Body is medium-full and carbonation moderate. Weird syrupy mouthfeel. Overall it was subpar even for an oldschool IPA. Meh.

Airport bar: gold pour quick head. Aroma is piney, biscuity malt. Flavour is dry-ish biscuity malt. Piney. Hint of lemon peel. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

The bitterness is soft for an IPA, but the hop taste is present. Over-carbonated can and some sediments, not like usual lees. It’s a good beer at a fair price which is easy to find in many stores.

Draught at Archibald - Aéroport de Montréal; 6% ABV
Golden color. It has the malt and hop profile of an APA, not an IPA, with a grainy, cereally accent; the hoppy is lightly grassy.
Oh, well, of course, this is not the West Coast…

Pronounced honey scent. Bitterness is present in mouth. Floral aftertaste. Okay beer but not one of my favorite.

I’m not quite sure what the point of this stuff is. I tried it years ago, and remembered not being impressed. In this case, memory served. It pours awful nice, but the nose is mostly caramel, stale hops and diacetyl. Taste seems less buttery, and there’s some bland bitterness to the finish, but overall this stuff is pretty blah.

Can @the Keg Steakhouse drank on Jan 27th. Aroma: Metallic, somehow fruity and some caramel, earthy.App: semi hazy copper with minimal white head. Taste and Palate: Doesn’t taste much, tastes metallic, light-medium body, light bitter finish. Overall: Where to start... Probably the best beer you can get at the Keg Steakhouse but probably one of the worst IPA I’ve had. Lacks bitterness, aroma is unpleasant, taste is bland.
