Bottle. Hazy gold body, with an average sized white head. Very strong malty bread-biscuit aroma, with an additional slight citrus element to the taste. Medium body.

330ml bottle. Murky orange colour qith a modest windswept head of small and large bubbles. Ginger and spice come through in the aroma but it is not overpowering, mild at best. Good balance of flavours that lead to a dry finish. Fairly light on the palate with not a lot going on. Not great but not a disaster either.

Didn’t see this on the way out of Changi, so glad to have a taste courtesy of Igklotet. Hazy tan colour. The aroma is dull but shows phenols. Some light fruity notes and everything is understated.

Beershine (4704) - The Sunshine State, Florida, USA - JUN 23, 2010
Bottle thanks to lgklotet for sharing. Pours flatish hazy yellow. Tastes old but still has some good fruity aroma left. Some banana, some water chestnut in the nose and flavors as well. Good pale malt character. Lively effervescence. Has an oxidized character like a Belgian that has been oxidized. Nice malt character that is balanced by a detectable floral hop that has been oxidized.

bluevegie (2926) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - JUN 2, 2010
Slightly hazy/dull orangey golden body with no head. Nose is a little sweet, oranges then spice notes. More of the spice comes across in the taste though it is still quite drinkable, low in carbonation, not too complex so drinks fairly well.

Hazy deep gold, open head flattens to 2mm bead. Aromas of sweet, spice and herbs with a hint of citrus. Really unusual and moderatley flavoursome dry beer that would be a good pair to local chow.

Bottle 330ml. Good beer. Aromas of grass, wood, and apple. Taste is sweet, with light bitterness and a dry finish. Palate is fizzy, and thin bodied. Amber, with a thin head that doesn’t last.

Bottle from Sinapore airport duty free. Has yeasty, wheat aroma with definite corriander and lemon zest notes. Taste is nice and not too overboard with the spices. A bit too sweet for me, but a good beer.

Got it from a friend (who got it from a friend), as It’s not widely or easily available and I like wheat beers. Smells really promising. I must say, it looks a million dollars too. But, the buck stops there. It’s screwy on the palate for starters. Next, it tastes like mixed fruit soup with spice thrown in. Queer hops aroma and bitterness. And speaking of bitterness, I don’t usually expect a wheat beer/ale to be highly bitter - unless of course it’s a strong Dunkel. By the way, where’s the wheat grain and malt taste? If your taste buds have been naughty and you want to teach them a lesson, down this brew. That’s punishment.
